1. Be truthful
Use accurate titles, descriptions, prices, locations and credentials. Do not hide material defects, misrepresent availability, impersonate a business, or make claims you cannot substantiate.
2. Keep transactions and advertising lawful
Do not use KanadaWorld.CA to offer, request or facilitate unlawful goods, services, financial schemes, regulated activities without required authorization, or transactions intended to evade legal requirements. Paid or promoted listings must not make claims that are false, deceptive or materially misleading.
3. Respect people
Harassment, threats, stalking, hateful abuse, discriminatory treatment and sexual exploitation are not permitted. Do not publish another person's private information without a lawful reason and appropriate permission.
4. Write honest reviews
Reviews must describe your own first-hand experience. The following are prohibited:
- Fake reviews, or reviews of a business you have not dealt with.
- Reviewing your own business, one you work for or are connected to, or a competitor.
- Reviews offered, written or changed in exchange for payment, discounts, gifts or any other incentive.

5. Protect the platform
- No credential theft, malware, phishing or unauthorized access.
- No scraping or automated collection where it is not expressly authorized.
- No attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits or account controls.
- No spam campaigns or repetitive unsolicited commercial messaging.
6. Enforcement
We may warn, limit, remove, hide, suspend or terminate accounts and content where appropriate. Serious or unlawful conduct may be referred to relevant authorities. You can report a concern through the Safety Centre or by emailing info@kanadaworld.ca.
