1. Parties, application and launch
These Driver Terms are between you and PrayingSingles Inc., operating as KanadaWorld.CA™ and Trowit™. They supplement the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with general Terms of Use on a courier matter, these Driver Terms govern that matter, subject to mandatory law.
Submitting an application is a request for review, not an offer of work or a promise of approval. Paid deliveries have not launched. Approval does not guarantee any number of offers, earnings, territory, schedule or continued access.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must provide accurate contact, residential address, vehicle, capacity and eligibility information. We may require identity verification through Stripe, and for motorized vehicles we review the licence, registration and insurance documents you submit. We may request updated documents or suspend access when information expires or cannot be confirmed. Do not submit another person's documents.
You are responsible for holding every licence, registration, permit and insurance required for the vehicle and paid delivery use in the places where you operate. Confirm coverage with your insurer before applying. A personal vehicle policy may not cover paid deliveries. Bicycle couriers must use a lawful and safe bicycle; motorized scooters must satisfy applicable local requirements.
3. Offers and earnings
You choose when to become available and may decline an offer. Before paid dispatch begins, each offer must show the proposed courier payment and material trip details before you accept it. Any platform fee, deductions, reimbursement and payout timing must be disclosed before a paid offer is accepted. Do not rely on a future earnings estimate as guaranteed pay. We will publish any further payment terms before launching paid deliveries.
Your rights to minimum pay, tips, records, information and other protections under applicable provincial or federal law apply regardless of anything stated here. Nothing in this agreement predetermines whether you are an employee, dependent contractor or independent contractor; that status depends on the law and the actual working relationship.
4. Safe delivery and customer property
Only accept parcels your vehicle can carry safely and lawfully within your declared limits. Obey traffic rules, use required safety equipment, secure the parcel, follow pickup and handoff instructions, and do not operate while impaired, distracted or fatigued. Do not open, use, keep or substitute customer goods. Do not carry prohibited, dangerous or unlawful goods; decline and report an unsafe or misdescribed package.
Report collisions, injuries, loss, damage, suspected fraud and failed handoffs promptly through support at info@kanadaworld.ca. Do not mark a pickup or delivery complete before the required handoff confirmation. We may investigate incidents and restrict availability while a safety concern is reviewed.
5. Privacy and location
We collect your application, address, verification status, uploaded vehicle documents, delivery events and location while you choose to be available or are delivering. Stripe processes the identity document and selfie used for identity verification; we receive verification results. Your approximate live position and delivery progress may be shared with dispatch, the relevant business and the recipient as needed to perform and track an accepted delivery. Location sharing requires permission and currently works while the Trowit™ page remains open. Go offline to stop accepting offers; location already recorded for a delivery may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use this information for eligibility, routing, fulfilment, safety, fraud prevention, support and legal records. It may be processed outside Canada by providers described in the Privacy Policy. Contact info@kanadaworld.ca for access, corrections or privacy questions.
6. Account decisions, changes and disputes
We may pause applications or access for expired documents, safety, suspected misuse or legal compliance. Tell us at info@kanadaworld.ca if you want a reason or review of a decision. We may update these terms for future applications or deliveries with notice when a material change affects your rights; additional acceptance may be required before you continue. Prior accepted deliveries remain subject to the terms presented when accepted, subject to law.
These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Laws of the province or territory where a delivery occurs may create additional rights and obligations. For a dispute, contact info@kanadaworld.ca so we can investigate and provide records or a written response.
